The Zimmerman Trial

Does anyone really think they are going to retry this case more effectively than was done? How about just addressing what has transpired? Let's all remember double jeopardy, before the DOJ weighs in.

I've seen on the scrolling banner on CNN that a group(ALCU?) Is calling for an investigation to see if Martin's civil rights were violated by Zimmerman. I think they ought to just let it go and let Martin's family greive and heal.

The NAACP has also called for an investigation into wether Mr. Zimmerman violated Mr. Martins civil rights. That case would have the same fundamental weakness as the murder trial. No eyewitness to the confrontation that lead to Trayvons death.

I'd say no.....there could be a civil suit but that would not construe double jeopardy.Though I think that's unlikely too.

So here's what actually happened.
