The will of the people

Poll after poll, and call after call into congressional offices show that citizens really don't want to attack Syria.

And not only is it unpopular, it's historically unpopular.

Here's a Gallup poll out Friday, with comparisons to other major military operations since 1991, with Syria lagging well behind:

information will change all that.

Or the other thing that will change it is when we don't take out the weapons delivery system like the president wants and then them chem weapons and the delivery system both are inherited by whom ever wins the war.

Then you get radicals who may be even worse than the IDIOT scum who has them now and has proven he likes to gas people

Medical and genetic consequences[edit source]

Ten years later, in 1998, at least 700 people were still being treated for the severe aftereffects of the attack and 500 of them were judged to be critically ill, even as "the most severe cases may already have died."[12] In surveys by local doctors, a higher percentage of medical disorders, miscarriages (outnumbering live births[12] and 14 times higher than normal), colon cancer (10 times higher than normal), and heart diseases (quadrupled between 1990 and 1996[12]) were found in Halabja compared to Chamchamal. Additionally, "other cancers, respiratory ailments, skin and eye problems, fertility and reproductive disorders are measurably higher in Halabja and other areas caught in chemical attacks".[18] Some of those who survived the attack or were apparently injured only lightly at the time later developed medical problems doctors believe stemmed from the chemicals, and there are concerns that the attack may be having a lasting genetic impact on the Kurdish population, as preliminary surveys showed increased rates of birth defects.[18]

Now do you still think its a great idea to just leave a delivery system for these weapons that can reach other countries just lying around in the midst of a civil war in which the dictator has already proven he will use them?
