Not necessarily.. It would depend on where that 3% came from.. In Calif that would be nothing.. hillary will easily win this state.. It isn't a popular vote, the forefathers made sure there would be no dictatorship of the majority in this country... THey have checks & balances to insure the wrong candidate isn't elected..
 
I don't know that I'd call it a war until Jill actually has a sizable following. Darth Nader never represented a war on the left, either. Now, Bernie, you could say, represented a war on the left. To this extent, Jill could be riding the coattails of what he started, but, it still hasn't resulted in more than about 3% for her on RCP.

She gets almost zero air time~compare that to the media whore..

She is a hard worker & spends much of her campaigning were it counts w/out the free press, on college campus's & working the leftest circuits..
