No, there probably won't be any 'rationing' as people will simply die before they get to see a doctor. What will be interesting to see, is your reaction when right-wing fanatics get in power, and start implementing all kinds of subsequent measures, now that the Federal government is responsible... like maybe, you will have to undergo a mandatory blood test before any medical insurance is provided, to make sure you aren't using illegal drugs... we can't have the government take care of you if you're going to be putting illegal drugs in your system... or maybe, you are disqualified if you contract an STD, because there are safety measures to prevent them, and the government shouldn't be responsible for you not protecting yourself... If government is paying for your health care, it is the government's business how you live.... so when government encroachment on the personal lifestyles of liberals starts to take place, maybe they will begin to understand why no one wanted this!

And Asshat, don't be ridiculous... everyone knows, now that Obamacare has passed, people are going to be so relieved they probably won't even get sick anymore!

Like I said apple, when the "right wing" government gets in power, and starts making the 'tweaks' to health care, effecting the promiscuous lifestyles of liberals, I don't want to hear a peep from you about it! You gave them control over your health care, now you will take the medicine they dish out, and you'll shut your goddamn mouth about it. You no longer get to make free choices if they regard your health in any way, because it is now the government's responsibility we all stay healthy to keep the cost of health care down for all of America... you wanted it, you'll get it! No more pot smoking... no more excessive drinking... no more Big Macs.... no more casual sex... no more sitting on your ass in front of a computer eating Cheetos! Nope, Big Brother will be watching to make sure you remain as healthy in your lifestyle as possible, since they are the ones who will be paying for your health care now. Apple, it's coming... mark my words! You can't expect to hand over your freedoms to government and them to not fully take advantage of it. IF government is going to have to pay for your health care, they have every right in the world to tell you what you "SHALL" do in order to remain healthy. You've written that into law now, and it will only be a matter of time.

Republicans are glad to take the freedom of 700,000 minorities for pot which is less dangerous than beer. It was racism that first made it illegal. The false outrage on healthcare is comical thanks neoclowns.
