"We Russians are very polite"As far as I know, Russia's never used the term surrender, and I think for good reason. I think it's been pretty clear as to what it would take for a peace deal to work- they almost had one near the start of the war:
Things have ofcourse changed now, Russia's now made it clear that the new territory that it now controls in the 4 regions it held referendums, it now considers to be part of Russia, but other than that, I think the same basic principles apply.

The Russians were willing to under Trump let America get out of this lost cause war without pointing out that we lost....to blame it on the Europeans and the Ukrainians....But Trump decided to keep America in it....even though we are getting our ass kicked.
As America refuses to stop killing Russians that generosity will likely go away.

I don't think that saying that the U.S. or Ukraine lost is in anyone's best interests. I also believe that ending the war on Russia's terms would not be a true loss to anyone's who's intentions aren't sinister. It'd mean the end to all the killing, for starters. And unlike the U.S., which has been pretty clear recently that their main objective is resources at this point, Russia's always been clear that its main objectives are Russia's security and the welfare of eastern Ukrainians.
DragonBear is on a mission to remove America from global power.....their generosity of allowing America an easy out will not last, Trump or no Trump.....it is not in their interest.
Trump launching fresh illegal threats against Russia will increase the already massive resistance in Russia to Putin allowing the Trump charade of being a mediator who wants peace as we kill Russians.

I haven't seen Russia wanting to remove the U.S. from global power. That being said, I definitely think they're well on their way to reducing it. For a while, some considered the U.S. to be the last super power. Russia has reminded everyone in the last 3 years that this was never really true. The bear may have been sleeping, even hibernating for a while, but it was always there. And it's now woken from its slumber.

I agree that Putin respects laws and I think that's a very good thing. Might is right is a terrible way to live. The U.S. has been using that modus operandi for a while, as well as lying on a constant basis, but more and more people are catching on.
The Russians have been very clear on this point, for instance America is not allowed to join BRICS, the new world order that is being built...we are to be left behind because we are Evil.
Our vassals Europe, South Korea, Japan and Australia might be allowed in, but they must reform first.
