My point was that the article was no less credible than what PBS published.
Whether the story is nonsense is a matter of opinion.
I agree with anatta, nothing will come of this. Just something for independent minded voters to consider in 2024 assuming Brandon runs again.

That would be more fair but if they have been through puberty as a male they will forever retain some advantage over a genetic female. And stop it!:laugh:

Rules are always changing for the better. It's just the way it goes. Issues continuously arise and need to be dealt with. The UFC began stringent anti doping testing years ago, and it went awry because USADA's testing was too sensitive and was giving clean athletes failing tests.

So they altered the requirements after ruining the careers of several athletes.

A man can most certainly lose muscle mass through atrophy. It takes a lot longer to achieve than was previously thought. Likewise for lung capacity and bone density. All of these things must be addressed before a man competes against a woman if the playing field is going to be leveled.

Thus far, the regulations fail miserably.

Actually, the NY Post used to be a newspaper. Now it's a tabloid, and should not be cited for any reason

Yes they will, but not over the elite female athletes. The ones that are being affected the most by being forced to compete against men.

There is actually a cis woman who is denied the right to compete because she has naturally occurring high levels of testosterone.

Biological women versus biological women... biological men versus biological men... that's the Only Rule you need when it comes to that particular determination... men shouldn't compete against women... women shouldn't compete against men and if they do the wins, records, etc. should reflect that difference... and honestly girls don't need to be wrestling boys... unless it's an open category.... I suppose an extra heat could be added in swimming or track for example... but no man should hold an NCAA record in a woman's event....period...ever...

I don't want ANY biological female to lose to a biological male because he had a built in advantage over her.
