That was a week before the 2016 election. A campaign press release doubled down on his promise: "Donald J. Trump pledges to immediately repeal and replace Obamacare."
Looks like Trump thought he could do it. To universal jubilation he won, despite millions of illegal aliens allegedly voting against him (they turned out to be untraceable, lol). And he had a Republican Congress. So what happened?
