The MMR (measles, mumps rubella) vaccine had 168 reports of “serious adverse events” to VAERS in a decade. 17 per year.
There are 30 million 18-24 year olds in the US. The myocarditis and pericarditis ratio above would imply that these two reactions alone would be predicted to generate 3233 cases in males + 770 cases in females = 4003 cases reported in the US from vaccinating our college age kids.
These are all serious adverse effects, far more so than most for MMR - which includes things like “headache.”
Assuming the reporting rates are at all similar to VAERS and this alone is over 200X the rate per year of MMR, and this far from the only side effect.
Many of us trust existing vaccines because they are astonishingly safe and effective. they provide real, sterilizing immunity to disease so you do not catch it and do not spread it. they represent stunningly low risk of severe reaction. it’s below 1 per million.
Prior to 2020, vaccine deaths had been rare.
That hard-won trust in the concept of vaccines is being abused around Covid as the false equivalence of “this is a vaccine, so you should trust it” gets trotted out to compare it to products it looks little like.
Any other vaccine in modern history would have been pulled for the myocarditis issue alone.
The Pandemrix vaccine (for H1N1) in the UK was taken off the market because it was found to be causing narcolepsy. The rate was about 1 in 18,400, roughly 54 per million.
According to VAERS, these vaccines have, despite the boilerplate hand-waving KILLED ~43 people per million.
I am not aware of another vaccine that even kills 1 per million.
In 2009, Pandemrix was a scandal because such a massive safety issue was missed. The USA never even approved it.
My, how things have changed…
The covid vaccines do not stop spread and may actually be making it worse.
And their side effects are extreme.
We have never had an FDA-approved vaccine, especially for kids, that was within 1/10th and more likely 1/100th of this.
The experts have been in charge of this pandemic.
They have failed completely.

Try looking up the definition of "vaccine", and quit depending on Faux, and QAnon. No one has ever said it would provide total immunity, and even your belief that "natural immunity" is better is a lie.
That's the CDC's definition, and has been for years.
The efficacy of the mRNA injections is woeful, judging by the numbers of reported breakthrough cases (including hospitalizations).
These so-called vaccines do not do what we were told they would do, and do not do what previous vaccines do.

Because they either know reality, or they dont...it cant be both.
Instead of trying to address this and produce an honest accounting upon which people and physicians alike could base their decisions on risk and benefit, health agencies find endless ways to cheat the data, lie with statistics, mislead citizens, and launch fusillades of faux moralizing rooted in claims that these vaccines will stop a pandemic when they know full well that they don’t.
How is anyone to sustain faith in “experts” through all that?

While that’s regrettable, the Chinese disease is not the leading cause of tragedies like these, and on balance they are too rare to pose an overarching unprecedented global threat to hospitals, or to public health, or to nursing homes, to whatever it is we’re supposed to be worried about right now.
Given the stratified nature of risk, the majority of the gains to be had from stimulating SARS-2 antibodies are concentrated in around 10-15% of the population.
This is true whatever you believe about the mRNA injections, their safety or their efficacy.
If you want to lower hospitalizations and deaths, in other words, the difference between vaccinating 40% of your population and 80% of your population is not nearly as great as it seems.
In fact, as you move to ever lower-risk cohorts, the volume of vaccinations required to reduce deaths grows in inverse proportion to the deaths you are reducing. This is the phenomenon of diminishing returns. It means that if you have vaccinated all the old and sick and an additional 50% or 70% of everyone, AND you are still suffering from a raging pandemic of the unvaccinated, there are probably not enough immunologically naive people left to give you a hope of vaccinating your way out.
In truth, the mRNA injections have very little effect on overall case rates. We have long known that their efficacy against infection fades to zero after week 20, but even at the high point — the first month after dose 2 — the protection is sure to be vastly overstated. This would be why even academic journals are starting to run pieces with titles like “Increases in COVID-19 are unrelated to levels of vaccination across 68 countries and 2947 counties in the United States”.
At the country-level, there appears to be no discernible relationship between percentage of population fully vaccinated and new COVID-19 cases in the last 7 days. In fact, the trend line suggests a marginally positive association
Notably, Israel with over 60% of their population fully vaccinated had the highest COVID-19 cases per 1 million people in the last 7 days. The lack of a meaningful association between percentage population fully vaccinated and new COVID-19 cases is further exemplified, for instance, by comparison of Iceland and Portugal. Both countries have over 75% of their population fully vaccinated and have more COVID-19 cases per 1 million people than countries such as Vietnam and South Africa that have around 10% of their population fully vaccinated.
