There was a lawyer here in Phoenix about a decade ago that made a thing out of suing for ADA violations. He had a stable of shills--with disabilities--who were the supposed plaintiffs. Your handicap parking sign too low or faded? Lawsuit. You don't have a wheelchair ramp entry? Lawsuit. He'd look for smaller businesses that couldn't easily defend themselves and slap lawsuit after lawsuit on them then settle.

The guy generated several thousand lawsuits before he was disbarred and stopped because of these "nuisance" (nitpicking) lawsuits.

Same idea against a university. You place the plaintiff in a class you KNOW is racist, sexist, whatever and the plaintiff is of the race, sex, etc., that is targeted in that class. Lawsuit demanding tens, if not hundreds, of thousands and the school has to do x, y, and z to remediate the situation. A slam dunk win since you knew all about the target professor beforehand. Repeat at another college. The university administration doesn't want a trial and the expense, so they negotiate and settle instead. Once you've hit say, a dozen uni's for their radical Leftist, crackpot professors, attacking a student verbally etc., uni's will start firing them to avoid being sued.

This is manufacturing cause for lawsuit, which is against the law in most States.

Don't really need to. Any student already in such a class can file such a lawsuit. Manufacturing cause is illegal in most States.
