No,,....if they are responsible they shouldn't need any help. Furthermore,....if they are experiencing short term problems that is what they're families are for or its not really a family.
 
People like Owl seem to want Government to provide .........Free healthcare, free Food, free shelter, pay for maternity leave, Free internet access, a free Obama phone, ..........gee,...what do the actual PEOPLE receiving the free shit have to pay for? The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States

Trump is asking tax payers to spot him 1 trillion dollars for DOD spending and you're here pissed off because some working mom needs day care assistance?? You not only sound like a complete obnoxious snob but a damn fool to boot. That working mom, will add to the economy, by patronizing local business venues adding tax revenue to help offset federal cuts made by Trump. This war in Iran is costing US tax payers 1 billion dollars a week, with no end in sight...do the damn math, Stone and stop being so damn stupid.
