The huge voter fraud that took place in 2020 starkly stripped away the progressive pretense that 'we the people' cast ballots for the representatives who make the laws that govern us.

A 34-year-old federal judge (nominated by the legitimate president and confirmed by the Senate after 2020's election theft) highlighted this voter fraud on Monday by throwing out bureaucratic edicts disguised as laws.

This gangsterish government by autocratic administrators illegally intent on perpetuating their power demanded that we all mask-up in airports, on Amtrak, on airplanes, and inside Ubers and Lyfts.

Did you really inject juju juice into your body three or four times to be ordered to still wear a magic mask by a pack of unelected fascists drunk with power?

• U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle recently righteously ruled that “the mask mandate exceeds the CDC’s statutory authority” and bilked Bidenites are bawling.
• U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle courageously called their autocratic actions “arbitrary” and “capricious.”
• U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle refused to limit her ruling to the plaintiffs and instead extended it to all Americans.
• U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle acerbically asked, “How is the ride-sharing driver, flight attendant, or bus driver to know someone is a Plaintiff to this lawsuit with permission to enter mask-free?”

The answer is plain.

The Bungling Biden Magic Mask Mandate Goes Down Like Monica Went Down on Bill

This has been a rough few months for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Covid-19 orders.

First its eviction moratorium went down last year. On Monday it lost again, as a federal judge blocked the agency’s mask mandate on airlines and other forms of public transportation (Health Freedom Defense Fund v. Biden).

Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle ruled that the CDC exceeded its statutory authority and never clearly explained its justification for the broad mask mandate, among other legal infirmities.

It’s a strong opinion based in a careful reading of the Public Health Service Act of 1944, which was the basis for the CDC’s order.

Judge Mizelle says the agency stretched the meaning of the word “sanitation” in the law, which was never intended to justify such sweeping control over the behavior of millions of Americans.

She quotes the words of Jeff Sutton, Chief Judge of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, in the vaccine mandate case that “this is no ‘everyday exercise of federal power.’”

It certainly isn’t, which helps to justify the judge’s national injunction in the mask case. National injunctions should be rare, but it would be hard to narrow, by geography or type of transport, a nationwide mask requirement for all public transportation.

The ruling comes when the mask mandate is a waning health necessity, if it ever was.

Federal judge voids magic mask mandate

SHE SHOULD REPLACE AFFIRMATIVE ACTION JACKSON ON THE SUPREME COURT​

The federal government said Monday passengers traveling on airplanes and other forms of public transportation won't be required to wear a face mask now after a federal judge in Florida voided the mandate.

The decision Monday by U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle in Tampa says the federal mask mandate exceeded the authority of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which failed to justify the order and didn't follow proper rulemaking procedures.

The mask mandate, announced in January 2021, had been set to expire Monday.

The CDC announced last week that it would extend the mandate 15 days to allow more time to "study" the so-called "BA.2 omicron sub-variant". It was the mask mandate's fifth extension.

A Biden spokesperson said the ruling means that the mask mandate is not in effect.

The Transportation Security Administration will not enforce the mandate.

The DEMOCRATS cast their gaze to the fall in grim hopes of new, killer variants that will revive the panic that brought them to prominence.

I understand why this is happening. The Chinese disease has dominated the attention of the world for two years.

The pandemicists are responsible for releasing a lot of free-floating anxiety; my suggestion is to avoid leaning into it.

The Chinese disease has become a bad cold, and the default assumption must be that it stays that way.

We don’t lose sleep over the possibility that some terrifying new hCoV-OC43 variant will emerge to bring back the mortality of 1889.

The murky laboratory origins of the Chinese disease, and the evidence of tinkering that its genome bears aren’t enough to support eternal predictions of death and doom.
