Should McConnell all of a sudden be given an up and down vote by the 'rats, he would figure a way to not hold it. At least nineteen tusks would vote against the wall on the GOP side. We all know that just like pulling out of Syria is not done on principle, that it is being done for one reason: satisfying the 35% of American, Trump's immoral base of voters.

I had hoped that Trump would have drawn down Afghanistan and withdrawn immediately in Syria, but I know he is doing what he is doing to satisfy an immoral base of voters.
