If you are worried about your kids being sexually molested, keep them away from religious people. Some people join the church as priests because they are gay and others because it hides what they want to do to young boys. Gays are flamboyantly reading books to kids. That presents no danger. What you need to worry about is what religious leaders do in the dark when they have your kids alone.

I don't have stats, but I'd guess that most in the LGBTQ community lead pretty quiet & normal lives and aren't looking to "shove an agenda in our faces" or anything like that.

By the link below, there are 9,083,558 LGBTQ households in America. There's only a handful of transgenders the haters keep bringing up and a few hundred in some big city parade. If a whole 1% of LGBTQ Americans were loudmouthed assholes, that'd be over 90,000 assholes. I've seen nothing close to that. Same goes for the religious. Although the link below states 47% of Americans are church members, over 156M Americans, that doesn't mean all are church goers much less obnoxious loudmouthed extremists.
