Scalia and Kennedy are will be pushing 80 in 2016. You may not have to worry about them retiring.

I hope Kennedy lives forever. Scalia's removal would probably be good for the GOP. His decision in Raich set precedent for the ACA case which he conveniently ignored. He is the worst and has no business being on the court.
