The Spector of Permanent Democrat Rule

Today's single goal of the democrat party is a permanent one-party rule.

Democrats tend to favor active government intrusion, while Republicans favor a more "hands-off" policy called self-determination."

In today's House and Senate, 9 members call themselves socialists. Article VI, Clause 3 of the Constitution explicitly makes them ineligible to serve. Another 15 members publicly lean socialist, but do not declare themselves, probably for electability reasons. In total, 102 representatives are members of the Democrat Congressional Progressive Caucus (CPC).

The CPC advocates a universal, high quality, Medicare for all health care system, living wage laws, reductions in military expenditures, putting and end to mass incarceration, implementing swift measures to reverse climate change, immigration policies that are humane, and reparations.

We are 35 years into the takeover of the democrat party by world socialism and the World Economic Forum. The Marxist front organization guides the world within its many bodies toward one-world government. Ultra-left Pramila Jayapal is their caucus leader.

Progressives use the philosophy of 'equity', while anyone against it is called a racist.

The Democrat party has redefined our immigration policies that will reduce future scientific and technological advancement, and will see debt skyrocket. In a country (USA) that values education, hard work, and innovation we import the world's derelicts, the uneducated, pregnant women with zero skills, and zero prospects, retired people, and military-age men frequently gang related. What could go wrong?

We have an open border where invaders can sneak a dirty bomb across the border or some new biological or chemical weapon. And who knows how many have come across since Biden opened the floodgates--5 million, ten million? Who knows? What we do know is that everything that has happened was intentional.

American stinker

In the aftermath of Donald Trump's loss in the 2020 U.S. presidential election, the American Thinker published a variety of articles that had claims of election fraud.[7] Faced with a lawsuit from Dominion Voting Systems, Lifson acknowledged that the site had relied upon "discredited sources who have peddled debunked theories".[8] The American Thinker likewise admitted that its election claims were "completely false and have no basis in fact" and that "it was wrong for us to publish these false statements.

Current America. Some people would rather lie and tell falsehoods than discuss actual political events.

You think the Republicans want any different? You think Republicans go into an election thinking “we’ve had a good run, let’s let the Democrats win one for a change?”

Yeah, each party wants to dominate. Should we pass legislation saying each party can only win so many elections in a row before allowing the other party to do so? Republicans should have a turn in California while Democrats have a turn in Texas?

That's a fair question. When the republicans won the Civil War they could have abolished the democrat party of slavery and insurrection (that refused to accept election results) and established one party rule. Obviously, they chose not to do that. So yes, republicans do want to maintain party competition.

From 52 to 92, the Dems controlled both the House and Senate (except for 2 years). They came very close to achieving one party socialist rule. There is no going back to freedom if that happens.

As we've seen, One party SOCIALIST rule is a very bad thing. And that is what the Democrats are trying to achieve. "Serve the State" will become are mantra if they do.

When 51 former intel officers, including 5 former CIA heads, rig an election for the DNC, ... we have a serous problem.

Maybe I'm old school in this regard, but whether it's politics, your (sports) team or at work - you go out and compete. If we're talking about strictly California then yes, Republicans would be at a structural disadvantage. But nationally we have shown we can win both Congress and the Presidency, but it's not a given nor a God given right. They (we) have to put out good candidates and a message people rally around. If we don't want Democrats in control then we do what was just stated.

But putting out bad candidates then complaining that everything is rigged so voters don't turn out and we lose as a result is, I'm sorry to say it, a losers mentality. By making excuses like we have been simply deflects from the real reason we weren't winning. It may make us feel better but it's a cop out.

2024 is being laid out on a silver platter for Republicans to take. If we F it up, that's on us. No excuses and complaining that Democrats want to win because of course they do. They are not going to not run any candidates.

Do you actually think Biden was a good candidate?

I'm talking about for all offices; people like Kari Lake, Herschel Walker, Dr. Oz etc. Those were all very winnable races for Republicans that we lost because those candidates were crap. Not every candidate will be a world beater and even the best Republican will lose in California but in areas/states where Republicans are competitive we need electable people.

As far as next year's Presidential race Biden is eminently beatable yet we're about to nominate the one candidate who not only already lost to him, but will very likely lose again.

The bigger point is as long as we think it's some conspiracy why we lose, and complain that Democrats want to win all elections (pardon my french but no sh*t), we won't address why we lose.

Have you ever heard of "Buyers Remorse"?

Focusing strictly on Biden misses the real point of the discussion, the idea that either party doesn't want to win every election they compete in (ok, with the caveat certain races may be unwinnable but that's getting pedantic.)

Not going to happen, but what might happen is a more liberal party rises to the left of the Democrats as the main opposition in DC.

Could they do a better job? Yeah but also look at the morons that the other side fields. I tend to believe politics does not tend to attract the brightest and best. Engineers medicine and business seem to attract the best.

You definitely won't get an argument from me there. If you like we can put "good" candidates in quotes. That doesn't change the point though. People are going to vote and if we don't want one party (Democratic) rule then Republicans need to put up candidates that can win in states that are winnable.
