The cases are not the same in intent or law. Biden was found to have classified documents and quickly turned them over to archives. Are you Repub liars saying that is what Trump did? The cases are not alike.
No I am not saying Biden is the best choice for president.I never said it and did not want him to run at all. But I figured running against Trump would be easy. Biden sometimes misspeaks and gets tongue-tied. He has had to overcome a stuttering problem. Trump is just a disgusting immature jerk who only thinks of himself. Biden was CAUGHT with classified documents held in UNSECURED locations over a period of fifty years. He only cooperated after being CAUGHT.

The PRA places the responsibility for the custody and management of incumbent Presidential records with the President. That would be Trump. Not Biden. Not Pence. Get it?

The report went into detail the differences between Trump’s handling of documents versus Biden’s. And, consequently, why Biden wasn’t charged while Trump was. Pretty fucking clear to rational people.
