He’s not known as a great orator, he slurs and stutters the more animated he gets. He’s always done so to an extent, but he’s older now and it’s more noticeable because he’s President.

Actually, he was not the people's choice in 20. The problem he has, which is his speaking mistakes, likely from childhood stuttering problems, annoyed us. Most figured he is too old. But he was running against Trump. That made it easy. Biden is not suffering from not having 67 percent against him. They would like someone younger. But they will not vote for Trump at all. They will not vote for most crazy Repubs whose mission is to create an autocracy. You misread the 67. It does not mean they would not vote for him, but that they would prefer someone else. If the cndidates are not strong enough to overtake him, we will happily vote for Biden.
 
I never watch these SOTU's but usually someone says the president hit a homerun. I'm not seeing that. Did I miss that?

I didn't watch, but now I'm seeing snippets on Fox, and I gotta admit, whatever his zookeepers had him on was working overtime! Yeah, there were a few mumbles and mispronunciations, but for the most part, that pack of lies was clear as a bell!
