Barack Obama promised his stimulus plan would create jobs even telling people we would never get higher than 8%, he promised that none of his spending would be on supplemental bills (all of it, and I mean every cent has been on supplemental bills), he had super majorities in both houses and still couldn't pass a budget (not only that, but absolutely nobody would vote for the one he presented because it was too damn much spending even for the Ds in the Senate), he had a blank check for two years and decided to suddenly "focus" on jobs just as an election was coming and he had opposition to his "plan". He's cynical and he believes we are stupid.
