The Russian connection is broken

Once again, a Fake News fairy tale has fallen apart under scrutiny.

NBC News dropped what the liberal media hyped as a “potential bombshell” last week. “Manafort Notes From Russian Meet Contain Cryptic Reference to ‘Donations,'” the headline screeched.

The "story" (more like "fable") claimed that Manafort’s notes from the meeting with Jared Kushner, Donald Trump Jr. and a Russian lawyer included the word “donations”.

NBC began walking back the “bombshell” immediately, issuing a correction the same day. They were forced to admit that the word “donation” didn’t appear in the notes, but quoted yet another "source" who said the word “donor” was in the notes.

NBC’s tall tale still isn’t accurate, according to Politico, which pointed out that the word “donor” didn’t appear in Manafort’s notes.

Manafort’s notes “are not damaging to the Trump family or campaign officials,” Politico reported, citing people who have actually seen Manafort’s notes.

Even before Politico debunked NBC, the network came under fire. The Washington Post criticized the NBC fairy tale, which they said “provides only fodder for innuendo and conspiracy, not for sound conclusions about what happened.”

It's pretty illuminating when even Fake News calls out this kind of bullshit. Are some of the media that DEMOCRATS take for granted waking up?

So, Manafort never mentioned donations to the Russians.

Not only was the meeting not about the election but no money was exchanged.

How dead can a story be?

Funny how you criticize fake news then lie about a photo in your OP.
That photo was taken during the mission to take out Bin Laden, ironically something Bush failed to do for 8 long miserable years.

Reminds me of "The Pastor and the Devil" by Gibran.

So fucking obvious.

Now we know that Trump is innocent of every allegation. Time to send the special prosecutor home, there is nothing left to investigate. Handjob surely knows all, sees all and tells all.

The photo isn't the worst part, that would be the hilariously overused and under researched claim about Hillary selling uranium to Russia.
