The only thing 'different' about the Rittenhouse trial is that it got the attention of the left.
Because it happened at a 'woke'/BLM riot.
And most of it was on video.

There have been trumped up charges against decent people for political reasons been happening for decades.
Generations.

Also...the Kavanaugh hearings are MILES from the first time that kind of thing happened.

From what I've seen of Rittenhouse in interviews and such since his trial, I get the impression he was Left of Center prior to that incident. Now, he seems solidly on the Right and Conservative.

Seems the old saw about all it takes to make a Conservative out of a Liberal is for the Liberal to get mugged is true...
