Half-assed? The prick organized an insurrection to try and overthrow the government. He stole a truckload of classified documents, lied to NARA and the FBI, and hid them from authorities. He tried to get the secretaries of state to change the election to say there were wrongdoings and then the Repubs in the house would have jumped into action destroying fair and honest elections forever.
Nobody with firing neurons thinks they are half-assed. He is the biggest threat to the American experiment since the War of 1812?

The federal charges all seem strong to me. The New York State charges seem good but maybe not as strong.
