I don't know. But there's a pretty big discrepancy to account for so I doubt that's it even if it's true.

It's actually more than that, Omar.

It's simple math.

Figure that every negro accounts for about 5.7 offspring (on average for both men and women).

And there's a new generation in the negro community about every 13.8 years, on average.

Since SCOTUS made legal abortion the law of the land, that's about 3+ new generations of negroes.

Do the math.
