Convincing 20-something year old STEM graduates from Stanford to move to the sweltering flatlands of Tallahassee, Florida seems like a tough sell.
Miami has that also, but Fox wont cover it. San Francisco's sidewalks are not "covered with mierda..." although I am sure that there are such areas, like all cities. I know places like that in Tampa, Miami and Jacksonville.
