The quiet unraveling of ObamaCare

Put down the crack pipe
And look it up

It's true. What we do get, and what people object to more, is the most annual days of precipitation and rainfall. In Seattle, you wind-up using all sorts of different words for rainfall, such as mist, drizzle, and light showers, because it comes down like that constantly. It will turn on-and-off constantly throughout a day, but you will rarely experience heavy enough downpour to seriously inconvenience your day.

Seattleites are notorious for never being prepared or dressed for the weather. Hardly anyone has an umbrella, and during the summer, people suddenly realize they don't have an A/C unit. The only times it will come down hard is roughly Thanksgiving through January. As with rain, the temperature is rarely extreme during the winter and summer. Your typical annual low-to-high is 21 and 86, with an average around 50.

But, God, when we do experience a heat wave, and it reaches 90 degrees, it does fucking suck. In the summer of 2009, Olympia reached 104 and Seattle reached 102 (both records). One of the most miserable days of my life, and I was in a cheap apartment with no A/C. Seattle was not intended for temperatures above 85 degrees!

I think the liberals put forth hundreds of ideas during the ACA debates. The pukes would have NONE of it and had NOTHING of their own to offer up. Anyone that believes that this country is not in a huge healthcare mess is nuts. The liberals decided on the ACA which is a carbon copy of the Mitt Romney plan and the plan as almost word for word recommended by the Heritage Foundation. Even still, the pukes whine. Stamp your damned feet and holler about it for crying out loud!!!!!!!!!!

It is amazing the lies you are able to tell yourself.

Bankers, war profiteers and oil barons are also taxpayers. All are HEAVILY governmentally subsidized. Whine about all that, why don't you?

Actually, Seattle gets less inches of annual rainfall than just about every other major US city except LA and San Diego...

this is true but could be misleading. For example in mass or something we might get a major rainstorm and that's going to count for a lot of our yearly percipitation. Wheras in seattle there is a drizzle a lot of days or dark cloudy days so even though you might not have much water hitting the ground it stilll gives the impression of 'oh another rainy day'

I used to love the dark rainy days in seattle but now I'm all about the sun.
