By by for this Sweetheart plea deal.

Will Hunter end up with any prison time or will he still get another sweetheart deal.

BTW In your face to JPP posters that said Hunter was just getting a normal plea deal. The prosecutor did not even believe that.

The judge basically challenged the constitutionality of it saying she would be on the hook if it was challenged so she rejected it.

We do know this though, if he does work out another deal it won't be nearly as sweet.

I would expect some prison time for sure.

Unless Biden flips on his father to save his own skin.

Well he won't do it until after the election.

And that would ruin his reputation which former presidents hold in high regard.

And I know the tax charges are federal but is the gun charge also or is that a state charge?

Not sure how they worked this out.

I believe so.

Two charges of tax evasion and one of possessing a firearm while being an addict or some crap like that.

It's taking me more time to research all this stuff then I'm willing to commit to it since I am playing a video game so I thought I would just ask.
 
JUDGE N says that the problem is that the government said that they might bring more charges, so the judge said "Then you should not be here, you have this amount of time to get your shit together" basically.

Yes! Those were the charges.

Since he paid his back taxes and fines, no one goes to jail for that!

And as for the gun charge, he admitted to lying on the background form to obtain the weapon in exchange for his freedom from going to jail?

Do you own a gun? Did you fill out a Background Check form?

Did you lie and say, you never smoked marijuana? Or did you tell the truth?

Why did he need a plea deal then?
 
If the new deal involves a felony charge--as it should--and Bagman is looking at a year + in prison, and Joke pardons him, Joke is so finished. NOBODY would buy for a so much as a New York second that it wasn't pure favoritism. Most Americans can put up with a lot of shit, but they won't put up for a second a rich asshole cheating right in front of them and flaunting it.

Affluenza is the disease the Biden family as a whole is infected with a terminal case of.

the plea deal fell apart when Hunter found out he wouldn't be immune from prosecution on charges that hadn't been discovered yet......

Indeed . Biden is destined to be a one term pResident so he could do it on his way out of office.

Actually lots (not all) of people that didn't pay their taxes then paid them after they got caught still go to jail. A lot depends on how much tax they did not pay.

1.Yes , 2. several. 3.No, 4.Yes ( BTW The form asks if you are CURRENTLY a user of illegal drugs not if you EVER have used them)
