18 with a parent or legal guardian. 21 otherwise? Maybe. Keep in mind, I owned my first Hi-Power rifle at age 12. I didn't shoot nobody.

18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6) It is illegal “knowingly to make any false or fictitious oral or written statement or to furnish or exhibit any false, fictitious, or misrepresented identification” intended to deceive a gun seller.

18 U.S.C. § 924(a)(1)(A) Applies to anyone who “knowingly makes any false statement or representation” on a background-check form.

18 U.S.C. Section 922(g) Makes it unlawful for someone to receive or possess firearms or ammunition if he or she is an “unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance.”

The first two overlap some so I'd count those as one. The second is unlawful possession.

So, the two felonies are lying to buy the gun and then possessing the gun while being an addict.

If Biden is involved, it's fair game. I've always said leave the kids alone though.

It's bad optics for conservatives, imo. I mean, what's the win here? It just makes politics petty & personal. And yes, I said the same when lefties attacked Bush's kids. Trump's kids were involved in the admin, so a different story.
