The Presidents son, a felon

I asked you what felony has he committed and was he convicted of it?

It's easy. Come on.

It was in the first post halfwit. Go back and read it, then get back to me when you have a clue of what you are flailing about.

An extremely stupid person.

You made the claim. So prove he committed a felony. Come on. You even called him a felon, which means he was convicted.

So you have watched porn?

Not the topic halfwit. I know, you don't know how to form a coherent argument and being the halfwit you are, spend all your time spamming the thread with moronic troll nonsense. Take your own advice and Address the topic halfwit. :palm:

I didn't make the claim halfwit. It's the news story and there are pictures on his abandoned laptop. But hey, keep making yourself look like a low IQ dumbass. It's priceless. :palm:

How can Biden rail about handguns while ignoring his sons felonious purchase and careless handling of a gun?

It would be inappropriate for the president to engage on that issue one way or the other. Prosecutions are meant to be apolitical. If Hunter Biden committed a crime, then by all means a prosecutor should feel free to bring charges against him for that. But it's none of the president's business.

Still spamming the thread with childish nonsense. Whatever happened to address the topic not the poster halfwit? I guess we can hypocrite to the list of being an uneducated, lying, low IQ halfwit thread troll on steroids.

You have to prove he committed a felony, dumbass.

Bagman is an illegal drug user, and addict. The military dismissed him from service for that. The video we have from his computer, etc., show he is just as actively using illegal drugs today.

To purchase a firearm, Bagman had to fill out a federal background check form.

If he truthfully answered "yes" to question 11 e about being a drug addict--which he is--then he would have been rejected for purchase of that firearm.

He was able to successfully purchase the firearm, so either he lied or the dealer ignored their legal responsibility for due diligence. If it were the latter, it is almost certain that person would now be facing charges.

We know the Secret Service swooped in and collected the background check form and other paperwork surrounding Bagman's purchase. This is highly suspect since it's outside the purview of that agency to be involved in a federal firearms crime.

Bagman also left the firearm at his girlfriend / whore, or whatever place where she subsequently threw it in a dumpster behind a store where it was found and turned in by a dumpster diving homeless guy.

So, there's plenty of evidence to charge Bagman of at least two firearms crimes, both felonies. Why hasn't he been charged, or for that matter, even investigated?

Look dumbass, Lionfart linked me to an article with porn videos of Hunter. Pay attention. Tell him to stay on the topic.

Well, so far "the smartest man I know" has committed dozens of arrestable crimes and received no penalties whatsoever? Think the odds of him being prosecuted are very likely?
I suspect you are very young and very, very naive.

No such evidence, sorry. Dutch Uncle already explained. But kudos to you for trying so hard. Maybe eventually you'll get it right.

I suspect you are very young and very, very naive.

And yet nobody could prove it.

Is that a question?

Anyway, if he has committed a crime here (it's unclear if he has), then treat him the same as absolutely anyone else who has done the same thing. That means no personal intervention by the president one way or the other. This is just a private citizen, and can be handled through the ordinary legal process. Unless there's evidence of Joe Biden interfering (the way, say, Trump did when he pardoned a bunch of his flunkies), this just isn't a political story.

The pics that at least one member here thinks do not exist, is just a ploy so he/she/it/alphabet can get their jollies over a stoned man wandering around with a gun.

Actually, there is a bigger question here. As far as we know, Hunter bought a 38sp. revolver, not a semi auto pistol. So, what else are we missing on the Presidents "smartest man I know"?

More details on him getting kicked out of the Navy for repeated cocaine use.
More details on his divorce from his first wife and emptying their joint bank accounts. All we do know is, (Kathleen Biden claimed in divorce papers that Hunter had allegedly “blown money on prostitutes, strip clubs, and drugs,”)
More details on why he started screwing his dead brother's wife.
More details on his second marriage and divorce.
More details on getting a stripper pregnant then, refusing to pay any support for their child.
More details on how many times the Brandons have had their new grandaughter for a sleepover at the WH?
