The party of Fiscal Responsibility?

The Clinton recession my ass! You are an igmo huh?

When did the dot.com bubble crash occur? You don't get out much do you dumbass?

The burst of the stock market bubble occurred in the form of the NASDAQ crash in March 2000. Growth in gross domestic product slowed considerably in the third quarter of 2000 to the lowest rate since a contraction in the first quarter of 1992.

You never know where "anything but the truth" gets his figures from, they are usually cherrypicked and framed to support whatever his is trying to say, but even with the questionable narrative he offers above, what he is missing is that Obama also had to pay for two wars, Bush didn't fight either with payment in advance, plus an unpaid drug prescription program, and a recession of historical proportions

You're awfully smug for a clueless lying leftist retard who has NEVER been right about anything.

Nothing I posted was cherry picked asshole. Here; look for yourself you smug pompous retard: https://www.taxpolicycenter.org/statistics/federal-receipt-and-outlay-summary

As for those wars that were a BI-PARTISAN decision; find me ANY war in the history of man that was fought by paying for it in advance. You're too much of a mental midget to even comprehend how fucking retarded that statement is, not to mention the lies. The deficit had been brought down to 161 billion dumbass....then the Democrats took over on a promise of fiscal control and quickly ballooned it to 1.4 trillion. Those are FACTS dumbass, not smarmy bloviation that you provide.

On the other hand, Trump enjoyed an advancing economy, yet still managed to increase descretionary spending outside of entitlements and add trillion dollar deficts prior to the corenavirus

You can't even spell basic words, let alone get any facts correct. Trump was handed an economy that had one of the lowest labor participation rates in our history, anemic average GDP of 1.48% and an economy where the job creation was primarily low income entry level jobs.

Here are some links so that you can become better informed and not sound like an uneducated hack whose only claim to fame is parroting MSNBC talking points like a low IQ lemming.

Post still stands, those that were screaming "porkulus" plus deficts/debts a decade ago are quiet today, as I've said before, conservative "principles" are defined by who occupies 1600 Pennsylvania Ave

Your posts don't stand; they have no legs you pompous, arrogant, smarmy low IQ dumbass. A decade ago smarmy morons like you were making excuses for trillion dollar deficits. Today, you have all suddenly become deficit hawks? STFU, seriously.

But let's be VERY clear here; today's deficits are the results of a decade of failed Obamunism and his massive spend thrift failure called Obamacare. Today, thanks to Government shutdowns, Trump is confronted with Government caused recession due to the mass hysteria on the left and the PHONY media over a virus that has killed .013% of our citizens.

Mitch McConnell wants to prevent a 'blue state bailout' of stimulus money. But Kentucky takes more from the federal government than almost any other state.

In many ways you're not wrong but look in the mirror. Don't try and pretend liberals don't operate from the same playbook.

Except that the only presidents over the past 30 years to cut deficits have been Democratic presidents. Reagan blew a hole in the deficit. Bush I continued that tradition of voodoo economics. Clinton gave Bush a surplus, which he promptly disposed of, and Obama cut the deficit he inherited when Wall St. melted down in 2008-09. By 2013, it was 1/3rd of what it had been. Trump took over and blew a hole in the budget with needless tax cuts and more defense spending for the largest military in human history.

Only the Democratic Party actually concerns itself with any semblance of fiscal responsibility.

Not even sure where to begin with this. Just so I have a fundamental understanding of your beliefs does Congress play any role in what does or does not get spent?

Dude, I've set that lying, idiotic assclown "truthfucker" on ignore, and suddenly this forum seems reasonable again.

I highly recommend it.

Sure it does, but what do you have to say about the fact that a president has veto power? Do you think Congress passed budgets with two unfunded wars OVER Bush's veto? Do you think Clinton TRIED to run massive deficits, but was thwarted by a proposed congressional budget surplus that he attempted to override?

Hell, congress hasn't even actually officially passed a budget in years. Did the GOP pass the tax cuts under Trump, or not?
