They currently have / had 400KG of 60 U 235. Enough to build 9-10 nukes if they enrich to 90% which can be done in 1-2 months. I suspect they were collecting enough material to build more than one bomb at a time. Regardless it would be retarded to allow them to reach 90% in 1-2 months from now.
They only need small amounts of 20% u-235. They CERTAINLY do not need 400 plus KG of 60% which can be enriched to 90% in 1-2 months.

Wrong. It tells you that they have issues that are unresolved to producing one and living afterwards. My bet is they want 6 to 10 working bombs before they announce they have them. That way they have sufficient to retaliate if someone tries to take them away.
