I fully understand the sentiments of both of you. But, I reject most all of what the NRA actually stands for today. Not so much what they say but what they do. The kooks, ya know.

Constitutional rights is their populist claim. Their actions reveal much more sinister and hateful motivations. That's why I am an EX-member.

They appear to adhere to similar philosophies, Lowaicue, but I can't say they are any regrouping of the KKK. They are some sure enough nuts and that's a fact. I just got so sick of hearing them holler about someone trampling on their rights all the while having no compunctions whatsoever about trampling on the rights of others. Rather like the teabaggers and their don't tread on me flags. Well goddamit, don't tread on me either. Those bastards started this shit. Blood may flow but books will certainly be written. History will not be kind to the likes of the NRA or the teabaggers. Their doing will be their own undoing.
