Then in Reagan's 2nd Congress, the Senate voted themselves the keys to the country, and not too many said anything about it.

Nowadays, the Senate is ruling the country like Feudal Lords and the people are just serfs, there to do their bidding.

This is not the America the Founding Fathers set up.

For 1 thing, they had the state legislature elect the Senators.

For another bribery was illegal, Senators were as liable to prosecution as any other citizen.

And for 1 more..insider trading was not legal for Senators.

This is a bad situation that has been coming for decades. It took decades of corruption to get where we are now.

Not so many decades..only about 4-5..

Meanwhile...Democrats were honing their systems of voter fraud..

Busing people into cities and registering them to vote all with the same address..
