And RCP DIRECTLY quoted the MPD spokesperson. So its a direct quote. Unless you can find otherwise it stands. Declining to give an interview isn't a sworn interview BTW.

If it's a direct quote, where is the audio or video recording? Official statement from MPD?

BTW I thought we are not supposed to trust the "quotes" without direct evidence? Or so they keep telling me about CNN when they "quote" statements about Trump.

Agent - provided his contact information to Lieutenant Byrd, and asked him to have his
attorney contact him to arrange a potential interview.

As I have stated, many pages are 100% redacted so we have no idea what was in there.

Cn you show me another "interview" where Byrd and his lawyer returned to make a full statement. Again I'll save you sometime. No you cannot.

Correct. I cannot. You also cannot show me where Byrd didn't give any statement.

The FBI reports to the US Attorney's Office. “MPD did not formally interview Lt. Byrd,” deputy D.C. MPD communications director Kristen Metzger said. And, “He didn’t give a statement while under the U.S. Attorney’s Office investigation.”
