Agreed. It's sad too because being a "loser" is more about attitude than results.

When I was younger I'd look at some old guy sweeping the floor in a bathroom as a loser, but now I see him as a human being doing the best he can. Ergo, not a loser. He's working at an honest job. What more is expected?

OTOH, quitters are losers. People who blame everyone but themselves are losers. Failure happens. Falling short happens. QUITTING is choice. Losers choose to quit.

Except, for shooting them, I agree. I do think they should be arrested and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, strengthened by domestic terrorism laws. I believe they should re dive very lengthily sentences.

Plenty have been charged and plenty are doing time. Prosecutors want to put them behind bars and they are doing it daily. Don't want to take the chance these assholes get away because someone on the jury doesn't think it is an insurrection. besides, you can't charge someone with insurrection you dipshit?

A court heard the evidence and watched the video multiple times and ruled it justified, no court action necessary and no prosecutor in his right mind would file charges. The dumb bitch got what she deserved. There should have been 100 others gunned down.

The room was chaotic and noisy she was looking straight forward he was concealed behind a door before briefly stepping out to murder Babbitt. I seriously doubt Babbitt ever knew he was their pointing a gun at her. If you think she saw him link a video and time mark of her reacting to him. AGAIN it was HIS responsibility to attempted to warn her before shooting.
