Unfortunetly, or fortunetly, you don't have a voter registration card.
Your point is valid Damo but there's a germ of truth to what the Bear is saying. I see only one moderate in the entire Republican field and though he is considered the Front Runner, I see no evidence of moderation within the republican party nor any evidence of a willingness to compromise on common ground to get things done for this nation. If Romney, a very capable and qualified man, obtains the Republican nomination I see him stradled with a right wing platform by his party. That provided me no incentive to vote for him. To defend Bears point. I was cracking up my wife when I watched the first two debates cause I was answering the candidates questions as they were bing asked and for the most part I was dead on. Meaning the replies were mostly canned spam. So there is some truth to Bears comment. I have huge respect for Romney but the more I see of the debate and the response of Republicans I have no hope that Romney won't be saddled with a far right agenda. So yea....the more I've seen of the Republican debates the more likely I am to vote for Obama.....but back to your point, I was leaning strongly in that direction to begin with. I'm not that unhappy with the job he has done. The only people who feel that way, wanderingbear, are the people who wanted to vote for Obama anyway.

I'd be surprised if many Republicans were genuinely excited about the current field of candidates. That doesn't mean they'll vote for Obama, but man, is it a weak field.
Funny shit. Wanna know why we laugh at you guys? Because we heard the exact same thing when Reagan took on Jimmy Carter. Reagan was a grade B movie actor and a dumb cowboy, etc, etc, etc.

The problem is I don't see a Reagan among these guys. As a guy who voted for Cindy in the last presidential election out of protest, I am once again put in a position where I am in no way excited about any of the alternatives put forth to Obama.

Voting for Romney is voting for white Obama, and vice versa. They are no different.
On that note, WanderingBear, please tell me what exactly you like about Obama, aside from him not being a Republican. I'm really curious.
