The bank agreed to the valuation.
The loan was paid back in full with interest.

It looks like the paperwork I have signed for my mortgages. I go through all paperwork, and found errors in both my mortgage documents. No one was happy having to rewrite the documents, and they kept saying the details did not matter.

I believe you when you say you never saw anything like that in your paperwork, but only because it sounds like you did not bother reading your paperwork.

trump applied for a loan based on the value of the building if it were torn down and turned into condos. The bank did not know that he had signed away the rights to tear down the building for tax benefits. That is called fraud.

Technically, he did not pay her. trump stole money from a corporation to pay her. The corporation did not have sex with her, so why should the corporation pay her? Because he used a corporation to pay her, it was considered a business expense, so he did not pay taxes on that. A tax deductible prostitute?

Section 3282 of Title 18, United States Code, is the statute of general application. It states that, "(e)xcept as otherwise expressly provided by law," a prosecution for a non-capital offense shall be instituted within five years after the offense was committed.

The actual law says that a crime that is not murder committed in the 1980s can't be prosecuted in 2025.
