The many many CRIMES of Letitia James

She was 24 years old, do you think she had an assistant? She had a mortgage broker.
Who knows if she did, have you ever bought a house? I'm thinking not. Mortgage brokers don't accidently put down your father as your husband unless they're as crooked as a Biden. Not one of the houses I ever purchased required my father's name anywhere on the application, so how did that happen??

Unless there was ongoing concealment.
Nope. Statue of limitations are base on the time of the crime or in the case of conspiracy with the last actual act of conspiracy. Trump benefited from this in some of his fraud was ruled outside the statute of limitations. It resulted in the Ivanka no longer being a party to the fraud since her acts were more than 5 years before.

Wrong, dumbass, ongoing concealment keeps the crime alive. It’s pointless to argue with a libtard, you're too thick to admit it when wrong. We’ll just wait and see. I don’t have to worry, I’m not a criminal. She should worry, because I’m betting she is a criminal, most libtards in positions of power are cheaters, fraudsters, and abuse their power. As already pointed out she's likely the result of political payoffs or hiding dirty laundry she had on some poor bastard.

Side note: She’s one of the ugliest, angriest, and most bitter libtards I’ve ever seen, except Governor Mills, who’d make a vulture puke its lunch on the site of her.

And Trump’s fake 34 felonies were outside the statute of limitations. Not “statue” of limitations, you dumbass tool.

Fat ass james going down....hard! A lot of them will be. This is only the beginning of the great round up of 25.... : )

maybe they can put her abd fat stacy in the same cell together. The brawl over who gets the ladt piece of fried baloney would be hilarious

If you would care to cite the law that keeps the crime alive if it was concealed then I will be happy to look at your claims. The law is that the statute of limitations is from the time of the crime not from the time it is discovered.

Trump's 34 felonies were within the statute of limitations. The statute of limitations is normally 5 years but the governor of NY signed 2 executive orders extending the statute of limitations because of the Covid crisis. Trump's crimes were committed in 2017. He was indicted in 2023. Outside the normal 5 year statute of limitations but allowed because of the tolling for all crimes for one year that occurred in 2020.

Here is one of the EOs signed by Cuomo

The funny thing about the law is they don't care what you think someone looks like. The court cares about the facts. And the fact is that no crime committed in 1983 with a 5 year statute of limitations can be charged in 2025.

Funny how NY state had to keep doing that to bring indictments against Trump at all, and how they did so timing them to interfere with his campaigning and such...

It wasn't done to indict Trump. It was done 3 years before Trump was indicted and while he was President.

Funny how you think something that included all crimes and all government services was done just to "get Trump." Did they allow people to drive with suspended licenses and expired plates in order to "get Trump?"

Sez the lefties that have dredged up everything they could on Trump since high school.
The shut down of Trump University for the fraud they admitted was fraud that was happening at the time it was charged.

The shut down of the Trump Charities for the fraud they admitted in stealing from veterans and sick children was fraud they admitted to at the time it was charged.

Trumps personal fraud conviction was also current and happening at the time he was rightly charged and convicted.

none of it was "dredged up". It was all happening at the time.

Clearly you have never read the paperwork that a mortgage broker writes up. They put all sorts of random things in the paperwork. They often do not meet anyone involved, and are just guessing what is happening. This happens more often than you think.

Not one of the houses I ever purchased required my father's name anywhere on the application
She purchased the house with her father, so as co-owner, his name was on the application. The mortgage broker, who had probably never met them, saw two people with the same last name, and assumed they were husband and wife. The mortgage was paid in full, and they received no advantage from the mistake, so what is the point?
