If there is no issue of fact at dispute there is no trial on the facts. BUT RUDY GETS A JURY TRIAL PER THE CONSTITUTION. N this case, since there is no issue of fact for the jury to decide, the jury gos right to damages. THIS IS A JURY TRIAL. It isn’t his lack of cooperation per se, it’s he fact that he admitted to all elements of the plaintiffs clam. His failure to cooperate can lead the judge to inform the jury that Rudy is hiding evidence that could impact the amount of damages. Tdak is just a complete fucking moron. It’s sublime

No issue of fact???? HAHAHA Did you really say that, you idiot. We have videos of the election officials running the ballots over and over thru the tabulator. The judge doesn't want the jury to see that proof of election fraud so she denied rudy a trial. She said he's guilty and that's that and now we go to the penalty phase!!

You cannot say - "I am not going to provide required disclosure and evidence as that evidence will show i am guilty and if i refuse to show it that is a 'checkmate court' as you will not have evidence to reach the burden and there will be doubt.


Only an idiot like you does not realize 'Summary Judgement is a thing' and it can and does cancel your right to a jury trial once you fail to comply.

Both statements you made are lies but it doesn't matter. Jones had a right to a jury trial and the judge denied him that.. Hopefully the appeals court will shoot down this corrupt judge. The 7A gives you the absolute right to a jury trial in a civil suit - there are no exceptions.

How does a jury move to beyond a reasonable doubt if the person refuses all thus leaving big holes and doubt.
