The left is a minority, and yet universal healthcare is now the expectation of the populace and the starting point for even GOP politicians when discussing solutions.

But they want none of this. Nationally, anyway. Part of the problem is the DNC has left blue collar democrats out to dry. If you are a blue collar democrat it's easy to get the idea the national doesn't party thinks they don't need---and Hillary as much as said she/they don't want you.

Her husband NEVER would have said such a thing [the Deplorables comment---it actually cemented a good bit of Trump's coalition---and she totally doesn't get it and neither does the Bubble Media] because Bill Clinton was a much better politician than his wife.

Actually, Bill was a better politician than Obama. Obama is over rated, as a politician imo.

At any rate, it's all there for the taking for the democrats. But they have to do something besides try and impeach Trump. Ironically, if they actually succeeded it would the worst thing they could do to themselves.

And they don't realize it because they are totally out to lunch.
