The MN justice system, particularly in Hennepin County, is headed up by a woman who has a long-standing reputation for allowing a certain group of people to be not prosecuted at all or released without bail, while white males will get a completely different treatment. She has such a bad reputation that, even in a liberal state like MN, she was literally forced to announce she will not be running again. Angry lesbians do not belong in the chief prosecutor's office.
And there is the MN state Attorney General Keith Ellison, who not only was an abuser of women but happily marches in Antifa parades carrying their handbook.
All this on top of the billions of dollars in ongoing proven fraud investigations that started in 2015, I feel it is safe to say that at this point, MN is incapable of doing anything correctly
