She was present for the meetings in the Oval where the Jan. 6 plot was hatched. That aside, she will testify that trump knew he lost the election, which destroys his defense strategy.

I'm betting that her terms dictate that she testify in any trial where she can offer information. If she's key as a co conspirator, they could give her immunity there too.

I don't believe the prosecutors care about anyone but trump in the end.

He poses all of the danger to the nation, and the pawns were just too ignorant to walk away.

Biden was put in office the way every President was, by receiving the requisite state certified electoral votes, any claims contesting those elections having been rendered moot by the certifications. Trump’s efforts to steal the election through fraudulent lawsuits, intimidation and crimes only succeeded in making him a loser a second time, or you could say multiple second times given his pending prosecutions.

I am familiar with the word and the fact it doesn't apply, since we are not involved in a law suit here........the 2020 election is no more "moot" than the Civil War......another historical event caused by demmycrats........
