The Kraken was actually released already - on election day. It came in the form of 306 electoral votes for Biden, as well as a margin of over 6 million popular votes, and a resounding win over failed one-termer Donald Trump.

IMO, he's not very bright. That's not uncommon for the baby boy of the family. I don't know if it's genetic, being coddled too much (nurture) or a combination of both.
