I would only be hallucinating if I thought you were making sense.Stop making shit up, Sybil. You are still hallucinating.

Yawn!LIF. Grow up, Sybil.
Obviously, Florida has the major income tax that the rest of us do, the Federal income tax.Florida has no income tax ....... duh!
Also, in Florida they cannot take your home away like they did to Guiliani in NY.
It is also under federal law. The federal law is considered the "supreme Laws of Land" by the Constitution's supremacy clause, so cannot be ignored.Florida is under the State laws of Florida, Sybil.
The federal judge that seized Giuliani's home disagrees with you.I'm not repeating it, Sybil. New York is under the oligarchy of the SOTNY. It is not under federal law.
Georgia has no jurisdiction in the SOTNY.
America is in The Americas, but The Americas are bigger than just America. There is a slight difference in terms, so they are not the same. No paradox.Paradox. Irrational. You cannot argue both sides of a paradox, Sybil.
It is about your primary residence whether it is a house or an owned apartment.Obviously, Florida has the major income tax that the rest of us do, the Federal income tax.
Florida is also famed for the rocket docket, where they seize your house based on almost no evidence. That is only for mortgage issues, but they keep taking people's houses that had no mortgage.
Florida does not seize houses based on general bankruptcy, but again, that does not matter to a federal judge. Giuliani would have lost his home whatever state it was in, because they are all under federal law.
I believe the Florida bankruptcy house protection does not extend to non-houses, like Giuliani's apartment, but I am not an expert on Florida bankruptcy law.
You might be right, but given how many details you got wrong, I would not count on it.It is about your primary residence whether it is a house or an owned apartment.
