The Key Question for Trumps criminality...

You are wrong, can you not think outside you’re a little closed in brain? If Trump called in the National Guard right away, as soon as he knew of the insurrection not a crime. If Trump did nothing, because he had no viable options, that is not a crime. I could go on with many more options, you’re closed in mind can’t seem to grasp this reality.

If however, Trump did nothing because he hoped doing nothing would Prevent Congress from certifying the election, that was a crime.

Now you are using the fallacy of Trivial objections to try and prop up your complex question fallacy. The above is totally irrelevant to the original question you posed other than to give a variant of the complex question fallacy.

They were trapped in a fire. That means they couldn't get out. That also means I couldn't get in or I'd be trapped too. What am I guilty of?

They can get out with your help. Or you could call 911. Or call for help. Anything.

Good deflection though.

so it was okay to wait until he knew there was an insurrection......its a year later and we're still waiting for evidence of it......

Yup, doing nothing when you have a duty to do so is a crime. Doing nothing with an intent to cause something can be an intentional act, but I do not expect your simple mind to grasp that.

Ill put it in very simple terms, if a parent does nothing while his baby starves to death, that "doing nothing" was a crime.

LOL, even if his reading was right, he interpreted it completely wrong. What a goof. Action OR inaction can be criminal. They are not two alternative answers to the question. Our resident Nazi is not very bright.

Most Nazi’s aren’t
