"Did Donald Trump, through action or inaction, corruptly seek to obstruct or impede Congress’ official proceeding to count electoral votes?”

If there is strong evidence the answer to this is yes, Trump should serve time.

Not only cant the democrats pull this off, more importantly they WONT EVEN TRY. There is a very VERY good reason they wont even try. It is 22 now. Its called SAVE OWN ASS because the houses be a flippin. ;)

If he did, do you think he should be prosecuted?

case closed then......you still have no evidence of a Trump crime.....

Democrats don't prosecute crimes. The Justice Department does. The House can make a criminal referral. That's their job.

But but but covid. In Michigan the law was straight up violated and that wasn't even hidden, covid was used as an excuse. If Congress certifies an election held illegally then who is wrong? Trump for contesting it or Congress for doing it?

No, the key question here is How stupid do you have to be to still be whining about Trump?

But that aside, the question posed above is nothing but a complex question fallacy. To wit: "Did Donald Trump, through action or inaction..." So, if Trump did something he's guilty. If Trump did nothing, he's guilty. Complex question fallacy.

Yup, doing nothing when you have a duty to do so is a crime. Doing nothing with an intent to cause something can be an intentional act, but I do not expect your simple mind to grasp that.

Ill put it in very simple terms, if a parent does nothing while his baby starves to death, that "doing nothing" was a crime.

What you don't grasp is the way you put it makes Trump guilty regardless of what he did. In other words, you didn't ask a question at all, but simply gave us your conclusion that Trump is guilty. That's the whole basis for a complex question fallacy.

You are wrong, can you not think outside you’re a little closed in brain? If Trump called in the National Guard right away, as soon as he knew of the insurrection not a crime. If Trump did nothing, because he had no viable options, that is not a crime. I could go on with many more options, you’re closed in mind can’t seem to grasp this reality.

If however, Trump did nothing because he hoped doing nothing would Prevent Congress from certifying the election, that was a crime.

Once again you demonstrated your lack of understanding of fallacies.

I'll use a simple example. If you see a person trapped in a fire and you walk away, are or are you not guilty?
