do they allow fishing, I know a lot of central cali coastal parts were looking at banning it a while back.

still allowed during certain times of the year, commercial fishing is way down though...right now its fishing season and lots of folks are out there...

or so says my friend who lives there

yeah, I'm only talking catch n release from a kayak not commercial
