The irony of it all is off the charts

That doesn’t cut it.

It would have to involve a quid pro quo. Simply saying things will improve at a later date isn’t one.

Just isn’t.

Deal with it, pal. I don't have to guess nor justify any of this. Meuller has info that none of us have and Flynn pleaded guilty for a very good reason. You figure it out.

Bottom line is that your boys are in deep shit trouble. And this is just the beginning.

This is a joke lol.

The promise was treasonous collusion with Russia to steal an election, and Inspector Clouseau gives us lies told about diplomatic groundwork by an incoming administration.

And you wonder why no one outside of the media, and your own bubble, takes you clowns seriously.

lol

You can bet your ass that Flynn and Manafort are taking it seriously. That goes for every one of those fuckers that have lawyered up.

We know that Junior met with the Russians to solicit dirt on Clinton. I’ve cited that code tome and again. Kusher is on a hotter seat than that because they have the time line with him directing negotiations with the Russians.

You can remain in your chronic state of delusional denial. That’s common with you RW fools. This is just beginning tardboy. Buckle up, it’s gonna be a rough ride.

Sure. But the lies, deceptions, and strong arming of Comey now make for a wonderful obstruction of justice case.

Why lie, if you have nothing to hide?

Not so much.

Obama told the Russians he would be more flexible after he got re-elected. Flynn could have asked the Russians to abstain in the UN anti-Isreal vote until Trump got in—-and it would be PRECISELY the same thing. Or they could have beer discussing how to go after ISIS.

Was it you that mentioned irony?

Um, no.
Obama was POTUS when he made that comment. Trump wasn't.

Your idea of precise isn't.

Wrong.
It is illegal to act as agents of the US when you are not.

You would have a stronger case if Flynn and/or team Trump were some random dudes but the fact is it happened while they were part of an incoming administration.

And pay particular attention to this part: if an incoming administration isn’t making at least perfunctory contact with foreign governments [yes, including Russia! Omg!] you have to wonder if they take their jobs seriously.

But if Clouseau wants to try and prosecute somebody over that—-let him. It will only show the world how desperate he is to prosecute someone for something.

You have an incoming administration intentionally undermining the then current administration in addition to the attempts to team up with the Russian to influence the election itself.

Lol you tell me.

Why was it ok for Obama [or someone under Obama] to be flexible with Russians but it’s no ok for Trump or his surrogates?

Always two standards with you guys.

Because Obama was the lawfully elected president at that time. Trump was not.
Why is this so difficult for you to comprehend? Nevermind.

sure they can. are you going with a Logan act violation too?
They can absolutely discuss policy matters with foreign governments. In fact it was done with 12 governments.

Now if there was some kina deal as a quid pro quo ,and possible collusion - if it was corruptive then yes.
but nothing indicates that happened
Bullshit!

Because you know there’s an SP who is intent on charging someone for something?

You’re missing the political point with collusion. The MSM has been absolutely obsessed with Trump/Russian collusion for over a year. Democrats as well. If it turns out to be a fantasy, their credibility goes in the tank.

It also factors into an obstruction charge against Trump if Clouseau goes that route because the investigation was into something that never happened.

Millions of voters will rightfully call bullshit on the whole thing.

Wrong.
The Logan Act.

Here are a couple of questions for ya

1) How many people have ever been indicted over the Logan Act?
2) How many people have ever been prosecuted?
3) Why wasn’t Flynn charged with violating the Logan Act? If that is how your boy Mueller is going to take down Kushner and or Trump wouldn’t it have made it easier to have Flynn plead guilty to that same violation?

perhaps....but then nobody in Trump's campaign colluded with anyone and a sitting POTUS telling a Russian something different than he was telling the people he was asking to vote for him.......well, that makes for an interesting subject, doesn't it.......

does it?

I get it alright.

The problem is it’s weak tea. It would make for an historically unique charge against an administration. And the next administration would be afraid to approach foreign governments or lay diplomatic ground work with them for fear of being charged with a crime.

So much for hitting the ground running on foreign policy after the January transition of power. But if that’s all you got, run with it.
