The insanity of blaming Islam

the u s is not the only nation with freedom of religion. unfortunately, some other nations do not have religious freedom and slaughter/suppress adherents of all religions or in the name of the state sponsored religion. perhaps eventually all religions will manage to kill off enough of the adherents of other religions to the point that the religious become an insignificant part of societies or leave only the non proselytizing or pacific type religions.

islam just needs to grow up like christianity did and stop advocating the conversion or slaughter of non muslims, but that might take a few centuries. it is only in the last few decades that christianity started embracing ecumenicalism

The problem is that Islam is structured in such a way that no such mechanism of reformation can make a dent in it. Why? Because its stamped out so quickly once known . And known it must be to ever grow large enough to effect a reformation. Islam will easily if allowed slay all non-believers before any such enlightenment and learning could ever dent it. Any good study of Islam reveals the truth of that. A sad reality we all must face, like a rabid dog Islam will not stop unless forced to stop. Only one way to force that..
 
Without Islam there is no Islamic fundamentalist. Don't bother playing the if this or if that game. Its an insane cult based on hedonism. Come on you deep thinkers, lets get a deep response.

This “mega-table” shows that from 2007 to 2009, out of 1,317 terrorist attacks only 3 of them were committed by Muslims. From a percentage standpoint, that means only about 0.2% of terrorist attacks in Europe were committed by Muslims in those years–again, far less than 1%.

If we combine the data from the years Europol started keeping track of terrorist attacks–including 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010–we see that out of a grand total of 2,139 terrorist attacks only 10 of them were committed by Muslims. You can count the number of terrorist attacks by Muslims on your fingertips. Percentage wise, this means that 0.5% of terrorist attacks in Europe–half of 1%–were committed by Muslims.

In spite of this fact, all we ever hear about in the media and national discourse is the threat of “Islamist terrorism.” The data, however, does not support such fear-mongering. Yet, it is amazing how many people will persist in the belief that “Islamist terrorism” is an existential threat to America and Europe."
