Trump operates the government to his advantage. The House approved help to Ukraine . Trump inserted himself into the equation trying to get something in the exchange. He has no right to do that. But Daffy is always looking out for himself. Since when is it OK to take control of the money granted by the house to help yourself in the next election? This is reprehensible and wrong.

What a name-calling child. People are testifying in front of congress and it is getting worse for Trump every day. The revelations that have come out and the ones coming are baring what Trump has been doing. There was a quid pro quo and Trump simply lied about it. What abandoning the Kurds was a payoff for, we do not know yet. But he is responsible for lots of deaths and destruction to people who fought with us and for us.
Plenty of Reubs and lots of military people are disgusted by Trump's actions. How much more of paying off Trump's international debts will America have to pay?

People accuse politicians of being corrupt when many are just calculating their best path to re-election. Trump has some pockets of blind and stupid followers. If you are a politician in that district, you have to pay attention to what they want to hear.
Politics is the business of getting re-elected. Lindsey has shown how far they will go to save their seats. He did a complete reversal, swallowed all his values and became a Trump sycophant.
The flip side of that is if Trump starts to hurt Reds, they will turn on him too. Lindsey will go back to slamming Daffy if he threatens his seat in SC and pretend that he was always against Trump.
