A "Partial-Birth" abortion is typically performed late in the second trimester through to the third trimester, sometimes only weeks before full term; i.e. when the foetus is fully-formed and alive. In this procedure the mother's cervix is dilated and the baby is inverted by the abortionist so that it is in a breech birth position with its feet at the bottom of the womb and its head at the top. Next the abortionist inserts a metal clamping instrument (like a pair of pliers) and clamps on of the baby's feet. While the baby's foot is griped by the clamps, he then pulls out the baby's leg so that it is now outside the mother. He then clamps the baby's other foot and pulls out the other leg. Now he pulls on the legs to draw the whole of the baby's body out of the womb but not the head. So what you have now is all of the baby drawn outside of the womb with only the head remaining inside. The abortionist next takes a pair of surgical scissors and uses then to stab a hole in the back of the baby's skull near the neck. He stabs the skull until a hole is made large enough for a vacuum tube to be inserted. When the vacuum tube is pushed in through the hole in the the skull, the device is turned on and the baby's brains are sucked out through the tube. This soon kills the baby, and finally the dead child is "delivered."
Many Americans were disgusted and horrified by "Partial-Birth" abortions. Jackson was fully aware of the appalling and barbaric nature of "Partial Birth" abortions, yet she had no qualms at all working to defend their use; moreover she has continued to defend the brutalization and slaughter of the unborn for decades since. What kind of a human being does this? What kind of a person uses their specialized knowledge (as a lawyer) to defend the deliberate deadly mutilation and butchery of a 8 month foetus. I would say that only a person with no naturally functioning moral conscience could do this. Only a person bereft of normal human compassion and empathy. In other words, a psychopath. That's the only fitting word as far as I am concerned. Think about it could YOY perform a "Partial -Delivery abortion on a late term baby ? Don't you think that someone who intentionally worked to keep this type of abortion legal is in some ways more of a monster than the individual abortionists who carry it out. I sure do. I have done plenty of bad things in my life, but I have never calmly sat down and organized a rational defense for an atrocity like PARTIAL ABORTION - that is an act of evil. Period.
In sum, the Supreme Court could well do without a psychopathic justice on its bench. Jackson record on the issue of extreme abortion is another reason why she should never be confirmed as a Justice.
What gets me is that the Senate confirmation hearings exposed more than enough of Jackson's radical CRT history (neo-Marxist racist ideology anti-American sentiment and anti-Constitutional stance - not to mention her LYING and duplicity to demonstrate that she ought absolutely not be confirmed as a Supreme Court justice.BUT IT IS ALMOST CERTAIN THAT SHE WILL BE, BECAUSE SHE "HAS THE NUMBERS" All I can say is that something is very wrong with the system. The radical left's "dirty money" organizations like "Democracy Alliance", among others, who backed Jackson's nomination are one big part of the problem, there needs to be a root and branch restructure of the current 5 (c) (3) and 5 (c) (4) IRS regulations. That would be a start.
