Socialism fosters plutocracy. It made Putin, Castro, Chavez and lil' Kimmy the richest men in their countries.

For one thing is equates 'socialism' not only with communism but with authoritarian regimes generally.
And, it distorts the issue. Name me a country that doesn't have a 'privileged class'. Every society does - but not equally.
It's hard to know where to start. One of the first things people would think of for plutocracy would be the banana republican, with a tyrant who has fabulous wealth while the people are poor - but that doesn't recognize how many of those situations were created by design by the US, in siphoning the wealth of the country and paying off a 'strong man' to be the US's agent allowing it.
In short, more socialist approaches are all about more of the society's wealth going to benefit the people - the opposite of plutocracy.
Fascism is plutocratic. Capitalism is plutocratic - the only thing keeping it from being more plutocratic are policies and systems that prevent capitalism.
Take the US. Public education is not capitalistic. Public roads are not capitalistic. Public regulations for safe food, cars, and planes are not capitalistic. Democracy is not capitalistic - it gives each person one and only one vote and is designed to do the opposite of capitalism and give power to the people instead of the wealthy. When the people vote for a progressive tax system, that's not capitalism. These and many more violations of capitalism make the US seem like a 'capitalism isn't so bad' country.
Highly regulated capitalism is arguably an optimal system, over less regulated capitalism, over socialism, over communism, over fascism and other alternative. Today's right wing, though, it's for that - it's for plutocracy.
You asked for a list of capitalist plutocracies - today's US would head that list, but it's not even right only look at it as a national issue. Many companies are no bigger than most countries. US corporations are holding $2.7 trillion offhshore hostage demanding to not be taxed much on it if the US wants the money returned to our economy. Plutocrats now have not only corrupted our elections and run our government but have made their right to do so protected by the Supreme Court.

Your false history and statements about the left and Aryans are just wrong and evil. Socialists do not worship 'Aryans' and Hitler was not a socialist, he was a fascist, and the first people to fight him were the socialists.
